Journey Leaders needs advisors, purchasers to Book With Confidence: Journey Weekly

The Travel Leaders Network (TLN) is launching a new program called Book With Confidence, a Covid-19 health and safety toolkit for consultants and their customers, designed to increase consumer confidence in travel.

Book With Confidence was unveiled on Tuesday at the consortium’s Bridge to the Future virtual conference.

Stephen McGillivray, chief marketing officer at TLN parent company Internova Travel Group, said the new program had facets for both consultants and their clients.

TLN plans to message its members asking them to comply with Book With Confidence’s commitment to access the program’s content. The commitment calls on them to familiarize themselves with the material, for example, to use the Book With Confidence logo in marketing materials, and not to distribute the content to consultants who have not agreed to the same terms.

The advisor-focused portion of Book With Confidence includes information on health and safety protocols, entry requirements at destinations, and new supplier protocols.

Consultants also have access to consumer information that McGillivray may, in its sole discretion, share with clients. This includes health and safety tip materials, mask exams, packing tips, return home measures, and more.

He encouraged consultants to use the Book With Confidence logo on their websites, in email signatures, on their letterhead, and in physical offices when they work in one.
