The style of filmmaker Wes Anderson, loved by fashion and interior fans, is instantly recognizable, with its almost caricature vivid color palettes and striking symmetry that seems too meticulously constructed to be real.
The iconic aesthetic even inspired the iconic Accidentally Wes Anderson Instagram account to show off photography from around the world, reminiscent of the director’s unique aesthetic.

Now, the Anderson-like photos and stories that have spawned a community of over a million fans have been turned into a stunning coffee table book by the account’s founder and curator, Wally Koval.
With the permission of Wes Anderson himself, Koval captures the real-life locations of some of the world’s most interesting and idiosyncratic destinations that share the whimsical vision of the director’s films.
